Traci Thibodeaux, MBA, M.Ed.
Founder
Houston native Traci Thibodeaux, who grew up viewing education as the path to freedom, had to leave her community to access high-performing schools, setting her on the path to college and career success. With over 18 years of experience in corporate and urban education, she is dedicated to providing high-quality, holistic education to prepare students for college and life.

Raised in Louisiana, Dr. Toscha L. Dickerson turned limited school options into a passion for education and, with 25+ years of experience, is dedicated to student success.
Anthony Berkenkamp
School Director
Anthony Berkenkamp is the principal of Rêve Preparatory Charter School, dedicated to preparing students for success in a rapidly changing world. With prior experience as an Assistant Principal at KIPP Connect Middle School, he brings expertise in mentoring teachers, using data to adapt instruction, and building a positive school culture.
